Shipping

I prefer to ship priority mail and insurance is included in the shipping and
handling fee, however, when necessary I will ship UPS Ground.

*****Due to the recent USPS increase, I have been forced to change my shipping
policy. USPS is calculating shipping based on the size of the package rather
than the weight of the package. Therefore, when I ship from my home in PA to
zones 4-8, I'm being charged the "balloon" rate.

If your order is being shipped to USPS Zones 4-8, there will be
additional shipping charge. You will be notified, by e-mail, prior to
shipping and an additional paypal payment will have to be made before
I ship. If you'd like your order shipped UPS ground, please let me
know, and I can check the price of that also. However, I find I have
less breakage shipping USPS.

Also,

If your order is over $150.00, and additional shipping charge may also
apply. You will be notified, by email, prior to shipping and an
additional paypal payment will have to be made before I ship.

Glassware Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to
exchange your item, I will be happy replace it with another selection of equal
value or refund the original cost of purchase (less shipping costs). Please repack
the item in its original packaging and contact me by email before returning.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Please insure
the item you are returning and ship USPS Priority mail. Retain your receipt. This
will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost during shipping.

If you are returning an item because it was damaged during shipping, I will
provide a prepaid USPS return label to return the broken item. When I receive the
item, a replacement will then be sent If for any reason the item cannot be
replaced, the customer should return all of the items in the original packaging and
at their request will either receive a refund or a new set of items of equal value.
If an item of lesser value is preferred, the difference will be refunded.
